Where interior design meets fine art.

Montecito Mediterranean

Set between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the California coastline, this Montecito home was designed with a deep respect for both its architecture and its surroundings.

The interiors were approached as a natural extension of the landscape, embracing softened textures, natural materials, and a quieter palette that allows light, views, and atmosphere to take precedence. Throughout the home, indoor and outdoor living exist in constant dialogue, creating spaces that feel connected to the rhythms of daily life and the beauty of the environment beyond.

Guided by the character of the architecture rather than a prescribed style, the result is a home that feels relaxed, collected, and deeply rooted in place.

Brooklyn Brownstone

This century-old Brooklyn brownstone was reimagined for a young family seeking a home that felt both modern and enduring, one that could evolve alongside the changing rhythms of family life while remaining connected to the character of the original architecture.

Drawing from a West Coast sensibility, the design emphasizes natural light, flexibility, and a seamless relationship between indoors and out. Expansive glass openings, layered natural materials, and thoughtfully integrated details create spaces that feel open, adaptable, and deeply livable.

Rather than imposing a singular style, the goal was to balance historical character with a quieter, more contemporary approach, creating a home that feels both rooted and refreshed.

Scandinavian Eclectic

This renovation began with a 1960s home whose awkward layout and lack of architectural identity left little sense of cohesion. Rather than imposing a rigid design style, the goal was to create warmth, clarity, and character through thoughtful editing and restraint.

A lighter palette, natural materials, and handmade pieces helped establish a quieter foundation, while layered textures and collected objects brought depth and personality to the space. The result is a home that feels both fresh and lived-in—reflecting a more intentional relationship between architecture, furnishings, and daily life.

Collected Coastal

For this complete interior renovation, the challenge was not starting over but building upon what already existed. The client brought with her a meaningful collection of traditional furnishings and artwork, each piece carrying its own history and significance.

Rather than contrast old and new, the design sought to create a dialogue between them. Existing furnishings were softened through updated textiles and finishes, while unexpected elements introduced a sense of ease and informality. The result is a home that balances East Coast tradition with a more relaxed coastal sensibility that’s refined, personal, and deeply reflective of the client herself.
